Unfortunately, as you are a green card holder, your wife will be subject to visa availability. There is no way to expedite the process. The only way you may be able to make the process faster is if you become a United States citizen while her case is pending. Please note the faster you petition for your wife, the sooner the process will start.

When will you be eligible for citizenship? She would then qualify as an immediate relative. If not, check if she can qualify for a dual intent immigrant visa like an H-1B or L.

Once you become a citizen, it will be a much faster process. Otherwise, if she is in danger, she can petition for asylum.

Get your citizenship if you qualify. Consult with an immigration attorney about your application.
